TRUST DEED

 

This DEED of trust executed on this 03rd day of June, 2009 by and between:

  1. JANGA CHANDRA REDDY, S/O. RAM REDDY, aged about 33 years, Occ: Business and Chairman/ Founder/ President, R/O. H.No:8-5-552/E, Pochamma Wada, Kothirampur, Karimnagar, AP, Pin:505 001.
  2. GADARLA SATHISH, S/O SHANKARA, aged about 24 years, Occ: Graphic Designer, R/O Q.No: K.D.612, Krishna Colony, Mancherial, Adilabad, AP, 504303
  3. PRAVEEN REDDY, S/O NARSIMHA REDDY, aged about 23 years, Occ: Computer Hardware Work, R/O H.NO: D-132, RK 5m Colony, C.C.C., Mancherial, Adilabad, AP, Pin: 504302
  4. GOPU RAJI REDDY, S/O. MALLA REDDY, aged about 45 years, Occ: Agriculture, R/O Jeelakunta Village, Odela Mandal, Karimnagar, AP Pin:505152.

(Hereinafter called the trustees of WWW.World2015.ORG(WELFARE) trust, Kaarimnagar of the other Part.) where is another part.
      WHEREAS the trustees named above have agreed to become and act as first and permanent trustees.
      And whereas it is necessary to declare that object and terms of the public charitable trust being constituted under these presents:

NOW THIS TRUST DEED WITNESS AS UNDER:

  1. The name of the trust shall be “WWW.WORLD2015.ORG. (WELFARE) TRUST.
  2. The head office of the trust shall be situated at 8-5-552/E, Pochamma Wada, Kothirampur, Karimnagar and it can be shifted from time to time according to the convenience of the trustees.
  3. The objects of the trust are:
    1. To provide amenities for holding discourses on Indian philosophy and allied subjects touching upon Indian culture, tradition and way life.
    2. To establish, run and aid prayer halls, community halls and kalyanamandapams to which, all section of public will have access.
    3. To establish and maintain “WWW.WORLD2015.ORG. (WELFARE) TRUST”
    4. To establish the hobby of philately and numismatics in the society.

Provided the no business or activity for a profit shall be carried on in the achievement of the object under this clause unless such activity is carried on, on no profit no loss basis.

  1. All the members mentioned above from 1 to 4 will be continued in WWW.WORLD 2015.ORG. (WELFARE) TRUST board as life-time members each of the members (4 members) provided a sum of Rs. 500/- being their own money for the development of the trust financially all the members are authorized to receive donations from the individuals, donors, residing in our state, other states, countries besides resources provided by all the members as per their capacity for the development of the trust financially. Such funds are credited to the welfare fund in time.
  2. If any persons want to become members in the said “WWW.WORLD2015.ORG. WELFARE TRUST”, such persons have to be registered through website, obtain free membership and continued as ordinary members.
  3. Said “WWW.WORLD2015.ORG. WELFARE TRUST, board takes efforts chiefly for the formation of the world free from castes and religions within the year 2015 or by 2015. Not only that, we will conduct essay writing competitions on the subject “Loss due to castes and religions” and a ward prayer on 26th January republic Day, 15th August – Independence day and some other important days. People will get awareness in a big way due to such kind of programmes also.
  4. The fee collected from the ordinary members and the money pertaining to donations will be treated as capital of the above “WWW.WORLD2015.ORG. WELFARE TRUST Board and will be deposited in the bank. Such accumulated amount will be expended by a committee formed by the above four members.

 

 

CHIEF AIMS OF THE TRUST BOARD:

  1. We, the members mentioned from 1 to 4 mentioned above decided on oath to be members in the programme of the above mentioned welfare trust board.
  2. The said “WWW.WORLD2015.ORG. WELFARE TRUST Board programmes will be taken up for the formation of the world free from castes and religions and make people to have awareness in that direction.
  3. It is decided to arrange such WWW.WORLD2015.ORG. welfare trust programmes in H.No: 8-5-552/E, Pochamma Wada, Kothirampur, Karimnagar.
  4. No scholarship/Remuneration will be paid to the members who are continued in the said WWW.WORLD2015.ORG. WELFARE TRUST BOARD.
  5. Chairman has powers to admit new members in to the said WWW.WORLD 2015.ORG. Welfare trust such members pay Rs. 500/- or any thing more exceeding it an contribution and will be continued as life-time ordinary members.
  6. It is chiefly decided by all the trust board members to participate in service programme at least once in a year.
  7. We use my (i.e., Janga Chandra Reddy) own website name WWW.WORLD 2015.ORG.  as the website of the trust.
  8. Our aim is the formation of the world free of castes and religions within the year 2015 or by 2015.
  9. We show the loss due to castes and religions to the people world wide and bring awareness in them.
  10. We canvass not only through website, but also by Pamphlets, Wall Posters, Books, Stickers, SMS, News Paper, T.V Announcements (Statements, Advertisements) internet etc., If more funds are mobilized, we canvass by producing films also and exhibiting them subject to censorship.
  11. We utilize the funds mobilized through the trust for canvassing in a big way worldwide.
  12. We encourage blood-donation, eye-donation, donation of clothing, donation of food and donation of wealth etc., we bring awareness in the people towards service we help aged persons, patients and handicapped persons etc. We bring awareness in the people to help the above persons. Persons who have taken up to the above programmes world wide and did any good thing or service may give paper, T.V. Advertisements or News (Press Statements) by enclosing their membership card (only about any good thing or service/programmes).
  13. We give more importance to canvassing and bring awareness in the people than membership.
  14. If people of any country, any one, from anywhere world wide register themselves through WWW.WORLD2015.ORG, we provide opportunity for free membership then a there only within minutes (with the help of internet).
  15. If persons registered in website do service in the name of world-2015 (on their behalf) and send witnesses and evidences, their names will be kept in the website.
  16. Talent is dying down due to differentiating persons on the basis of castes and religions. Hence, people have to be divided as per then financial position.
    1. Haves (able to live even though not doing work).
    2. Haves to a greater extent (property holders which is more than sufficient for the succeeding generations).
    3. Have nots (Able to live only on doing some work)
    4. Paupers (it is hard to live despite doing some work)
    5. C and D categories can be converted to a and b categories through trusts, foundation, Govt. schemes and allotting a separate department for if awareness will be brought among people for this kind of change or No one should have personal property. All the movable and immovable properties of all should be taken up by the Govt. in it’s to custody, castes and religions have to be cancelled. Those all are equal every one should work except Aged persons, patients and students one should work to eat. Then police, court and work department are enough for people. All administrative departments will came under work department; politics will come to an end. It is only free novel world. Let us create such type of world. For this noble task, let us prepare the people of the entire world.

 

  1. If any one individually canvasses about our website or trust (in any form) and send their names and details, their names will be placed in website.
  2. Through our WWW.WORLD2015.ORG website, we make people to think in a way that one goodness remains in the entire world and annihilation of selfish thought in persons and every one feeling to do some help, service, goodness etc., should be the order of the world.
  3. Human race creation, primeval persons, civilizations, aristocracy, democracy, what next? Let us create a novel world free from castes religions, violence, politics etc. by the year 2015.

 

MANAGEMENTS

Regarding WWW.WORLD2015.ORG Trust out of the 4 members stated above, one acts as chairman/Founder, another acts as co-convener (co-chairman) and the remaining 2 members take their rolls as members.

  1. Sri. JANGA CHNDRA REDDY, S/O RAMREDDY, as chairman/Founder of the WWW.WORLD2015.ORG Trust Board Sri G. Sathish as co-chairman in different designation the remaining members will be Trustees of the trust.
  2. It is decided that trust board founders convene meeting in the evening between 07-00 pm to 09-00 pm on any working day once in a month and make discussions.
  3. Members to be informed two day in advance of the meeting.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Members of the said WWW.WORLD2015.ORG trust Board should be Indians.
  2. They should not have lust for job and have earnings in a wrong way.
  3. They should not go back to give financial aid in a fit way for taking up programmes in future.

 

DIS-QUALIFICATIONS

  1. They should not acts or encourage acts which tarnish the image of the WWW.WORLD2015.ORG trust board.
  2. He should not have connections with crimes like treachery to nations, community and society and other UN – lawful crimes of extreme nature.
  3. If it is proved that either the members or the chairman of the said trust board violated the rules or misused the welfare funds, they will be treated as ineligible to continue in the trust board and will be dismissed. All the founder members will have powers to make such dismissal.

 

 

DEPOSITS AND MOBILISATION OF FUNDS
            Trust Board will have powers to receive the necessary money as deposits or from other institutions or good – natured persons to take up the programmes through the said WWW.WORLD2015.ORG Trust Board.

 

LEGAL JURIDICTIONS
            Any suits an the said WWW.WORLD2015.ORG trust Board. To be settled in the jurisdiction of Karimnagar court. An advocate to be engaged on behalf of the trust to argue on the legal problems on behalf of the trust in these transaction chairmen will have powers to spend from the fund of the trust towards legal/court expenditure.

 

MANAGEMENT OF BANK A/C
            The bank A/C of the said WWW.WORld2015.ORG trust board to managed in any national/international Bank in Karimnagar town. An A/C on the name of the chairman of the trust to be opened in the said Bank, it is decided to continue the under mentioned office bearer posts permanently to the said welfare trust.

 

MEETINGS / CELEBRATIONS
            Annual day celebration, celebration of any feasts and festivals in connection with national festivals and programmes etc. to achieve the aims and other programme liked by the trust founders will be conducted for the said trust.
